Early Consulting, LC has provided process safety management and risk management program services to the process industries since 1992.  Early Consulting, LC is currently providing support to several refiners and chemical companies.  Our company supplies qualified personnel in the fields of process safety, site safety, engineering design, quality assurance, and other process areas.  Examples are PHAs, LOPAs, HSSE field support, RCA Incident Investigation, site PSM and MOC support, field data gathering for a dynamic simulator program, and P&ID walkdowns.

Early Consulting, LC also offers database management systems to its clientele for documenting and managing compliance with OSHA PSM, DOT OQ, or other regulations, codes or standards. The offerings are unique due to customization of work flows --- a feature rarely offered in commercial software.
